Confide In The Right People
The moment you say your concerns to your friends or peers, many of them will listen and even offer you advice. Most, if not all, of those people mean well, but not all of them may be telling you the things you need to hear. If you’re depressed, then you are also probably vulnerable. You don’t want to end up with the wrong advice stuck in your head. The ideal person to confide is someone who puts listening first. Often times those closest to us think they have the answers to our problems and spend more time giving instructional advice than they do simply listening.
