How To Get Perfectly White Teeth For Less Than $20

One of the biggest disappointments is seeing someone who is really cute, only to see them smile and display their teeth that appear to have been soaked in mustard. Where it’s disappointing to see, it’s also a reality that the cute person with the yellow teeth could be you. Often times we don’t realize just how discolored our teeth are. Outside of brushing your teeth, there isn’t really a cheap way to make your mouth full of purley whites, right? Wrong! If you’re looking to whiten teeth, just say no to lazer teeth whitening and other teeth whitening procedures. Here’s all you need to do to get a smile to be proud of:

What To Purchase:

– Mouth Guard ($13.49)
– Hydrogen Peroxide ($0.89)
– Baking Soda ($1.28)

(*All based on prices at Target)

Combine two parts baking soda to one part hydrogen peroxide in the mouth guard. Use the mouth guard for 20 minutes per day for roughly two weeks. After that, your can proudly show off your whitened teeth!

Use twice as much baking soda as you do peroxide…2 teaspoons baking soda, 1 teaspoon peroxide, etc

Hi, I only have one major concern about this. The mouth guard definitely helps the teeth at the top to be whiten but what about the ones at the bottom. Is there a way to make sure that all the teeth are evenly whiten?
