30 Day Plank Challenge

Everybody wants to try and do the workout that will show the quickest results in the shortest amount of time.  Often times, they search the internet for online workouts or look for a good ab workout routine.  While this workout might not seem like much, especially when you start it, stick with it and see how challenging it becomes.  Just by itself, this challenge won’t do much for you, but it is good for your core to throw on at the end of a workout and you have to do it every day.  The concept is simple, each day, you add on more time.  The most important is making sure that your form is correct while you are in the plank position, otherwise, like anything else, you won’t benefit yourself.  You should be down on the ground with your arms bent at a 90 degree angle and your back flat while raised up on your toes and elbows.  The challenge is to stay in this position for as long as possible, with the end result being able to hold this position for 5 minutes.  Follow the times below and be sure to keep your eyes out for other 30 day challenges.
