Highly healthy people live and die by their purpose. Typically, the purpose of a healthy person is something that is bigger than themselves that they must strive to achieve. Whether that comes in the form of changing lives or putting yourself in the best position to succeed in whatever field you’ve chosen, keeping yourself focused on those purposes is something even the healthiest people need reminded of.

If you have trouble finding  your passion and purpose may be, write the word “passion” in the middle of the sheet of paper. Around that, start writing about everything you want to change in the world and in yourself. From what you’ve written, you should be able to discover your passion and find your purpose.
