Even the healthiest of people have enemies that would love nothing more than to see them fail miserably. For most of us who are considering the plunge into a healthy lifestyle, that enemy will likely come in the form of all of fast food restaurants in America. Believe it or not, fast food is addicting. It’s quick, delicious, and cheap. If it wasn’t for it being so unhealthy, it would be the perfect meal. Once you become a highly healthy person, the enemy won’t just stand down. They will try to trick you into failure by opening “healthy fast food chains” around every corner. Don’t buy into those fast food advertisements. The only healthy fast food you will ever get is a cup of water, and even that may be unfiltered and filled with bacteria.
