Habit #7: Keep the Pace
A healthy body and a healthy mindset will not happen overnight. The reason most people jump off the healthy living bandwagon is because they expect immediate results. When they don’t see them, they become frustrated and quit. Becoming a highly healthy person isn’t a one month change. It’s a lifestyle change. Pace yourself when you take the leap. The easiest way to do this is to set goals for yourself everyday. Don’t set to many, because you can always add more when you accomplish what you originally set out to do. Setting too many goals can add unneeded stress and exhaustion to your life.
