30 Day Cardio Challenge

Much like the other “challenges” we have given you, this one focuses on your cardio.  This is an important aspect of personal health and one that should not be overlooked.  There are several options to build up your cardio either at home or at the gym.  Most gyms offer ellipticals or treadmills.  As a matter of fact, cardio is so important that a personal trainer will have you run on a treadmill to get your heart rate up in order to help maximize the weight loss during your session.  The best fitness workouts tend to be well balanced in all aspects from weight training, to agility, to cardio/endurance.  If the weather is nice, try to get outside and enjoy it as much as possible by walking, running, or riding a bike to help with increasing your ability when it comes to your cardio.  This 30 day challenge is one that will take absolutely no time to do and can even be done a couple times a day in order to build up that endurance.

Again, no amount of exercise is going to benefit you without a proper, balanced diet.  Make sure you are avoing the fatty, greasy foods and try to fix healthy things, when you have the time.
