The next challenge we have in store for you in the list of 30 day challenges isn’t going to be an easy one or one for those easily deterred. I’m not going to lie, this will probably be the hardest exercise programs that we have here, but if you can make it through this one, there won’t be too many others that you won’t be able to do.
One of the best things about doing a push up is that it targets so many different muscle groups each rep you do. Another good thing is that you don’t need any push up exercise equipment to do it. Your own body weight is good enough to get the job done, but if you want something that will really challenge you, you can always look at getting a weighted vest to wear when you do your push ups.
