Naps Improve Your Memory
Health & Cleanliness
A study has shown that napping may actually improve a person’s sophisticated memory. Deep sleep can improve an individual’s ability to learn new skills, store information in their memories, and to extrapolate on existing information. So the next time you’re caught sleeping in class or at a meeting, you can always say that you’re just trying to “commit things to memory.” You may not have needed another reason to pop a snooze in the middle of your work day, but if you get caught, just tell your boss you were only doing to it to improve skills you use for your job.
