Anything That’s Outside of Your Control
“The night is darkest before the dawn.” When times are at their toughest, hang on tight because it will end. The general idea is to stop yourself from getting annoyed about that which is outside your control. The easiest way to reduce stress is to stop thinking about all the dumb stuff you can’t control so you can focus on whatever task is at hand – whether it’s good or bad, focusing on your present is the easiest way to either resolve or enjoy what’s happening to you. Let everything happen as it goes and do your best to learn from the tough times. Turn things that are outside of your control into life lessons that will better yourself in the future.
