Staying Up All Night
Remember when you were a kid and fought nap time? Once you are in your-mid twenties, you will beg for nap time. Sleep is one of life’s precious commodities. Not only does it become harder to obtain as you get older (insomnia, babies, etc.), but you also start to need it more. You will feel off your entire day if you get even an hour or two less of sleep at night. Not only will you notice, but everyone around you will notice.
