Water is the best thing you can do for weight loss. Not only does it keep you hydrated, it also clears your body of unecessary toxins. Once you start drinking a gallon of water every day, you will immediately begin to feel the toxins leaving your body. When we don’t get enough water, bad things happen: a 10-percent reduction of water in your body can make you sick and a 20-percent loss equals death. You can survive weeks without food but you can only survive a few days without water. From a fitness and bodybuilding perspective, the more water inside your muscles, the better they function.
